For KatieJo, home has always been about more than an address—it’s about the people, places, and experiences that make life feel like home.
Born and raised in Berks County, KatieJo has deep roots in Pennsylvania and a genuine appreciation for the communities she serves. A 1997 graduate of Penn State, she studied Integrative Arts with a focus on architecture and graphic design—an early reflection of her love for homes, design, and the way spaces come together.
After college, KatieJo spent several years in the corporate world before discovering that her real strength was connecting with people. Sales gave her the opportunity to do what comes naturally: listen, build relationships, solve problems, and help people get where they want to go.
Today, KatieJo lives in Berks County with her husband and three children. Family is at the center of her life, whether she’s cheering from the sidelines, watching a game together, or simply enjoying a warm spring or summer day outside.
That same energy carries into her work. KatieJo genuinely enjoys getting out into the communities she serves and meeting clients wherever their search takes them. From the PA Suburbs to the Delaware Coast, she believes great real estate service starts by understanding the person behind the decision—not simply the property.
